The Rich Rock will accept all returns* in exchange for our store credit within seven (7) business days of receipt of the product. Please Contact us and we will respond to you within three (3) business days on the next steps. Please do not return the jewellery prior to a response from us.
Return shipping and insurance will be borne by customers, we recommend that you securely package the jewellery in the original packaging, fully insure the shipment, as we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries. Please have the jewellery shipped out within ten (10) business days beginning from the day you received notification from us to proceed with the return, and please do not ship the return C.O.D.. If you would like us to arrange for shipping and insurance, please let us know, we will contact you on next steps and we will deduct the shipping and insurance fees from your refund credit. Please note that we will only pay for Returns if you are returning items that were incorrectly shipped to you.
Once the jewellery has been received and examined, we will proceed to issue a credit note to your account within five (5) business days, and you will also be notified via e-mail when this happens. Your store credit is not exchangeable for cash and must be used within three (3) months upon issue date. The new item will be shipped to you free of charge from The Rich Rock.
Please note that all returned jewellery must be returned unused in its original jewellery box with the original sales receipt and applicable certificates. Store credits will not be processed if these conditions are not met.
*NOTE: All earrings, sale items, customized, personalized, damaged jewellery due to negligence, or used or worn jewellery will not be eligible for returns.
All jewellery items purchased from The Rich Rock comes with a twelve (12) months warranty on its manufacturing.
Please retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase, and Contact us with a picture(s) of the damaged jewellery and we will respond within three (3) business days on the next steps. Please do not return the jewellery prior to hearing from us
Please note that this guarantee does not cover jewellery damaged by wear and tear, negligence, misuse, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Any previous maintenance, repair, enhancement or resizing done by a third party other than The Rich Rock will void this warranty. Any damage caused by the exposure to chemicals or harsh environment will also be void this warranty.
The Rich Rock reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice or liability to any party.
